Taking deposition -- $20 Travel fee within 20 mile -- $25 For each extra mile -- 50 cents *FEES FOR MORTGAGE LOAN SIGNINGS* $100. First set of Loan documents (Up to 20 miles one way) $50. Second set of Loan documents $125. Emailed Loan documents $125. Faxed Loan documents $25. Pick-up a set of documents- Within 20 miles $25. Drop off package same day at vendor's location- within 20 miles 50 cents for each extra mile
